Mail your application to your local election office. Local election offices are on page two of the application. You may also find your location election office by downloading

| What is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot? |
Applications for an absentee ballot are available from 75 days before Election Day until noon
on the day before Election Day: November 3 for the General Election |
| What is the voting procedure? |
Mark your ballot appropriately and return it, in the envelope provided, to your local election office. |
| What are the deadlines for voting absentee? |
Ballots must be received in your local election office before the polls close on Election Day: General Election: November 4 |
